Number of points = average experience of professional staff ร— maximum number of points / offer with the highest average experience of professional staff. The bidder must have engaged medical personnel โ€“ at least 1 (one) specialist from: occupational medicine, internist, ophthalmologist, otorhinolaryngologist, neuropsychiatrist, and psychologist, as well as appropriate technical medical staff of at least 3 nurses and at least 3 lab technicians to perform all services related to the procurement subject, that is, a total of at least 12 persons for each part for which the offer is submitted. For part 12, in addition to the previous requirements, the bidder must have authorized aviation doctors โ€“ AME certified for conducting aviation medical examinations of class 2 and class 4, approved by the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia. The same individuals may not be engaged for more than one part due to examination reviews will be conducted simultaneously across the entire country. For the subdivision "Number of required professional staff available for the execution and fulfillment of the service," the fulfillment of the criterion must be proven by a statement regarding the engaged medical personnel โ€“ professional staff, including the name and surname of the professional medical staff, as well as their professional and qualification structure, along with their exact work experience. The statement must be signed with a valid digital certificate. In addition to the statement, the bidder is required to submit evidence of employment for all individuals listed in the statement. If for the subdivision "Number of professional staff available for the execution of the requested services" a signed statement with a valid digital certificate is not submitted, the bidder will receive 0 (zero) points and the offer will be rejected as unacceptable. If the bidder does not provide the evidence or does not submit one of the two types of evidence required for the Quality element, the offer will be rejected as unacceptable.
